Our puliyogare gojju is a spicy masala paste, made with tamarind and roasted spices. It is prepared in a traditional way to bring you an authentic taste that is a mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy. Mix the gojju with hot rice and your puliyogare or tamarind rice is ready!

Description

How to use

  • Add a tsp of oil while cooking 250g of rice so that the rice is grainy. Allow it to cool.
  • Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai and add mustard, Urad dal, channa dal, and red chilli for tadka.
  • Bring in 50gm of puliyogare gojju to the tadka. Mix well and remove the kadai from the stove.
  • Add the cooked rice, mix well and your authentic puliyogare is ready to eat.
