Description
How to use
- Add a tsp of oil while cooking 250g of rice so that the rice is grainy. Allow it to cool.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai and add mustard, Urad dal, channa dal, and red chilli for tadka.
- Bring in 50gm of puliyogare gojju to the tadka. Mix well and remove the kadai from the stove.
- Add the cooked rice, mix well and your authentic puliyogare is ready to eat.
