How To Use

  • To 1 tsp of GRUhaSutram multigrain health mix, add 1.5 cup boiled and cooled milk. Mix well to see there are no lumps. Cook for 2 to3 minutes on a stove. Keep stirring.
  • Remove from stove, add sugar/ honey. Add milk to adjust consistency.
  • Alternatively, add 1 cup water to 1 tsp mix. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Cook on the stove for 2-3 minutes.  Remove and let it cool, Add ginger-green chilli paste and salt.  To this add butter milk and mix well.

Ingredients: Ragi, Channa, Sago, Red Rice, Boiled rice, Foxtail Millet, Pearl Millet, Fried gram, Green Gram, Moong
