SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through third party eCommerce logistics. We endeavour to make the products reach you within [7-10 days] from receipt of order and payment. 

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at check-out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.

[Due to courier pickup timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.]

Order delivery may fail due to certain reasons such as a wrong address, unavailability of the customer, premises closed etc. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. If the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. [All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the ‘Contact us’ page on the web-store. 

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us at 9008737414 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm IST or via email at [email protected].

Your item must have reached you defective or damaged to be eligible for a return. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

RETURNS

For instances where the product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If the order or the item(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or WhatsApp to us on 9008737414 or call 9008737414 from Mon to Sat between 10 am to 6 pm.  In such cases, we will cancel the order, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we duly process the cancellation request.

CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Cancellation will be entertained only upon receipt of the defective or incorrect products.

TIME TAKEN FOR REFUND PROCESS

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 48 hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

FREE GIFTS WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE RETURNED

The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
